molprop.utils.analyze_mol_data.sanity_check_pipeline(data_args) → None

Performs sanity checks for inputs and compund list. It checks for duplicates between datasets and for all smiles.

Parameters:

data_args – Parameters of the data defined in defaultconfig.yaml.
